Pow Wow Photo

Wake up. Go to work. Hum-drum. Design a logo. Walk around the office. Eat pizza. Find paper. Look at paper. Discover photograph I have taken is on front of paper. Celebrate. Take picture of paper. Post on blog.


We took between all of us about three hundred photos at the Pow Wow (some of which shouldn't have been taken. Whoops. See here.) I may post some more photos later but I'm unsure if I need permission from the people I took them of. I'm not using them commercially but I'm pretty sure individuals have rights to their own image and I don't know if I can/should post them?

I'm having some trouble drawing wolves. The proportions have to be just right or they like either dogs or foxes. Does anybody have any good resources/tutorials for drawing them?

As the Pow Wow nears the tension in the museum grows. Penny is smudging a lot. It makes me want to barf. This probably means I have bad spirits in me. :(

Job Perks

GOOD MORNING SIRS!

Today I started back at Wolf Creek Indian Village and Museum. Lots of old friends and maybe some new ones await for summer adventures.

Bland Photos

I haven't done any art since school let out (shame shame) because I went back to Bland for a week and was too busy with house projects to do work on any pieces. These photos include a picture of my house, shots of onions for the garden, a view from the interstate, a carpenter bee who became lost in my kitchen, and some black locust flowers I made into a drink that was pretty awesome in my opinion but all my family and friends hated.

This week I'm back at VCU and taking a book-binding class. It's pretty interesting so far yesterday we made accordion books. I don't know what we did today because I stayed home sick. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
